I feel safer in public places if little girls are emulating the new Merida, who isn’t armed with a bow and arrows, than the original (from the movie “Brave”), who is.
Have you seen this makeover? It’s far from a simple resketching of the character. It’s a different character, as I think you’d agree if you saw it, and cared at all for Pixar’s original Merida. Obviates any statement about the difficulty of converting from cell-shading to CGI, too.
