Dan says Rip was inspired, physically, by Clint Walker of CHEYENNE fame. That got me thinking: to me all humor is ironic, and the most ironic of those early Warner Brothers tv shows was MAVERICK. Rip’s character reminds me a lot of James Garner’s Bart Maverick.

“Ka-sneak” just might be my favorite Rip-ism so far! Somehow I suspect Breezy JUST might get so into heroic danger, she’ll out Cobra-Cobra! Either that, or the novelty will wear off once she’s actually faced with Cobra! :-)
