It’s the night of the show and this is the first time they’ve seen each other? I know there aren’t any lines but you’d think they’d have to at least practice their poses.

This would never happen. The real pageant of the masters has several weeks of rehearsals before hand and the cast is well known to each other before opening night. Besides, opening night isn’t open to the pull if anyway. It is by invitation only.
