Of the times I’ve learned español, the G is sometimes silent, but why would Pedro (Pablo, José, whatever the waiter’s name is) think the E is pronounced in Whack-a-Mole? In other words,the punchline is a little off.

Reminds me of a coworker of mine who while working on a Spanish menu who kept trying to turn “molé” sauce in a certain gray underground vermin.
Well the mole on toast might not be too bad.
