Actually, there was a book published back in the 80s (?) titled “A Soprano on Her Head” which dealt with stage fright, performance blockage and other things that can stymie and cripple a performer. Still have my copy from freshman year of music college. The title is from when an opera singer was able to master an aria whilst doing a headstand. @ Night-gaunt49 re yesterday’s comment…I appreciate constructive criticism but you shouldn’t be so harsh when you don’t know someone’s story. My story is so painful and sad it would make a good book if I could force myself to revisit those memories.
