when my oldest was about 2 we were flying from Hawaii to California and she was looking out the window, seeing white all around except for the blue below she stood up in the seat and asked me if that was heaven? The person behind us just burst out laughing, which I thought was kind of rude, but it was funny. I had to explain to her that the sky was not heaven, which set off a LOAD of questions that lasted until we landed, lol
richardwebster: Michael is too young to think along those lines. Also, if this ‘episode’ makes you feel like ‘barfing’ why do you read the strip at all. That is what make them GOOD ! ! ! !
JanCinLV: Fat Albert was originally used by Air Canada for their first “jumbo jet” 747. CPAir called theirs The Great Pumpkin. The 737 is a much smaller aircraft and is the mainstay of SouthWest. I first saw a 747 while driving by Boeing, before they were in extensive service. Next to a similarly configured 707, they looked larger, but not particularly so – until a fuel truck drove under its nose.
howtheduck: Well, if the Internet says it, it must be true. Except I was not only around then, and a member of an aviation historical society. Several airlines (including Braniff) used the Fat Albert name after Air Canada started it, but I never heard any knowledgeable (or even not) use it for the shorter range and much shorter capacity 737, which is not fat (more than six seats across).

There is a difference between being religious and being spiritual I do not care for organized religion but I am very spiritual.

So you people see a difference between god and Santa Claus. And after your last breath do you really think you’ll have an opinion on anything?

perhaps her point is the same as the soviet cosmonaut who came back from space and reported that god wasn’t there, so he must not exist

Cut Trapper a break; between the head wound and his meds, he’s a little off lately.
