Many people want gas prices to go higher, much higher, because that will force us to use less, conserve more, and become more effecient. There is a certain logic behind that argument, but that doesn’t make it any easier for us working stiffs getting by paycheck to paycheck.

Sad to say but the cost of public transportation goes up and up along with gas…so I continue to drive comfortably in my AC’s car and pay whatever….

Highest ours got to was $3.599, (love how they tack that .599 or whatever on there!). Sure put a crimp in our budget!
