I had the same trouble here that I had when the Rugrats played tag- one that the writers never think about!!! It’s hard to show characters who have huge heads and little stubby arms actually tagging each other. They’re not drawn realistically, and they can’t reach each other without making their arms appear freakishly long. The solution I devised for the Rugrats, and used again here, is to have them tag from behind. It mitigates the ‘reach’ issue.
