Frazz: I'm sure she could use some help in her garden. Girl: I was thinking more like a goofy coffee mug. Frazz: She has to rent a storage unit for those.

Okay, I miss recalled the reflection being on the bottom side as opposed to the top, but as promised yesterday, this one is missing the green/blue/indigo half rainbow because it’d begun to fade while I was concentrating on the other half with a nicer background. http://flic.kr/p/fiVj3J .But you can see quite clearly that the DOUBLE part of the rainbow goes from red to violet and then red to violet, it’s the REFLECTION that’s backwards.

Helping an older person with their garden is a wonderful thing to do. Everything gets harder as you age.

Boy, ain’t that the truth! I’ve got a kitchen cabinet full of mugs students have given me over the years. Mugs and sweets are the most common gifts for teachers in my neck of the woods. However, I still have the mugs because it’s the thought that counts. That, plus some of the mugs are really unique or funny.

water_moon: Great picture, but both primary and secondary rainbows are refractions, not reflections.

do be careful. some cops think that if you are growing plants in your garden, then it must drugs. they would then get a no knock warrant, raid your house in the middle of the night, terrorize everyone, kill your dog, ransack your house and handcuff everyone. later, when they find out the tomato plant is not drugs. they don’t offer an apology, blame you for growing plants, and never admit they were wrong,(just wrong address on the warrant).

I’m an official senior, who wants to come dig up devil’s grass in my garden? Or move a 2 foot rock, 60+ pounds, from the vacant house behind me into my front garden… I have it halfway there!
