    “An empty can makes the most noise”? How does a can make noise if it’s not being rolling across the floor nor falling onto?

    I recently heard it as “An empty wagon makes the most noise.” Either way oh my lord it’s true with some people like all get-out! (Not Earl, I like him. Opal, meh.)

    Isn’t a wart an odd thing to call a child? I would figure Grandpa would call him a whippersnapper, or something along those lines. I’ve been called a lot of things, and called others a lot of things, but the word wart, never came to mind.

    Might as well call Nelson a bunion, or plantar toe, or if he was really upset, a leprosy infected finger.
