This is based on a true story. My daughter is Gracie. They didn’t get a soccer ball signed, but Gracie did get her shoes autographed. Unfortunately, she was wearing my 13-year-old son’s shoes. He had outgrown them anyway.
I do notice a weird fashion habit among my teenage daughters and their friends. They like to wear each others clothes. This is one of the few times it’s drifted into my son’s wardrobe, and hopefully THAT will go no farther than shoes.

C’mon, Bill! An almost award-winning, multiple strip artist like you can’t afford to buy your kids their own shoes? Shameful. ;)

Oh geeze, what was that comic where the mom drops her daughter off at her friend’s in one outfit, and picks her up later in a different outfit?
Oh well, the point is, that is appearantly a very common teenage girl thing to do.
I’m still freaking out me and my dad wear the same size now.
