Yeah, and without ushers, I’d have been able to move down 3 rows into the completely empty section of box seats at PNC Bank Park in Pittsburgh last month at the game I attended there.
heck yeah! i went to a soccer game at BMO Field a week and a half ago, and there were ushers at every entrance to point to you whether your seat was up stairs or down. of course, none of them moved from the entrance way the entire game.
Yes, I did the voice of both Buzz and the usher in that cartoon.
Several years ago, Buzz’s voice was done by various SIKids staff members. I decided to do all the sound effects and Buzz’s voice to get more control and consistency. My daughters will do Whitney’s voice, and my son does an ocassional voice if he’s available.

Hey, don’t knock ushers! Why, without ushers, you’d have to read your own ticket to see where you’re sitting!

I wonder if anyone has ever put on an usher-looking outfit and gone to an event and just freelanced?

Here’s one of my Buzz cartoons with an usher: http://tinyurl.com/buzz-usher

Funny animation, Bill. I like your prim and proper British usher (especially the way he walks down the steps). You do the voice for Buzz, correct?
