Would that be like asking Michelangelo to repaint the Sistine Chapel ceiling from Bible scenes to something like portraits of Italian politicians?

Mango souffle sounds yellow. That’s what the walls already are, Opal.

What’s worse is she was saying “…we need to think about painting the bedroom” but she already has the paint.

How come in panel one and three the walls are green, but in two, it is yellow?

jimshari, That’s a ‘Green Screen’ – like the weathermen use, Notice there’s no details in the background even tho they’re standing in the same spot? (I’m pretty much making this stuff up.)

Relax Earl — Mango soufflé is right next to Desert sunset on the chart, and you can hardly tell the difference! Go for Cactus green drapes . . .

Mango sounds like a shade of orange so it’s probably a pastel orange or peach shade. As for what room Earl will sleep in, that was part of the reason Opal wants the room painted. So he will sleep elsewhere and she’ll have the bed to herself.

May as well sleep in the ice cream shoppe’..

How can a color be out of date? …does that mean one is just not conforming to what everyone else is doing currently? I recently painted my bedroom – It’s a mural of dragons featuring Temeraire.

I don’t care what color the bedroom is…the lights are out and my eyes are closed (even if I’m not sleepin’, nudge-nudge, wink-wink).

Earl should sleep next to the fridge so whenever he’s hungry he can get something to eat! Am I RIGHT, anybody.

I painted our house trim “autumn cornfield”, it’s tan.

Mango souffle would be pale yellow, a bit lighter than it is in panels one and three.
