The thinking man’s version of ‘Zippy the Pinhead’. I like the primary color change in each panel.

My guess is that the colors identify the speaker in each portion. The color change signifies a speaker change. Then again, I could be completely WRONG!!

Flyingflowerpot, I think you’re right. It makes sense.

If it makes sense at first glance, then you should think about whether it’s really frogapplause. Or take another glance.

Teresa, my dear, stick with making fun of other comics and cartoonists. How could you have let today slip by without a slam at Gasoline Alley on its 90th anniversary?

Beandish says: “Personally I think Tab tasted like #2 pencils.” There are some pretty good tasting #2 pencils. The Eagle Black Warrior, for example, is a bold vintage domestic with a tangy cedar flavor. The Mirado has a full-bodied rich pine aroma with delicate overtones of balsa. The red Mirado is a bit tangy, leaving a taste on the palate reminiscent of cherry Nyquil. Eberhard-Faber offers a vibrant blend of clay and graphite that delivers a hefty dose of minerality. Not for the faint of heart. Some of the Chinese brands are reasonably priced, but beware: the “lead” inside may be the real thing.

I’m not very good at riddles. Is this a riddle, HabaneroBuck? If it is, what is the answer?

Nothing will ever match the taste of the humongus kindergarten pencil eraser dipped in the white paste.
