    We might be seeing more of Welsh Rarebit if Windsor McCay’s “dreams of the rarebit fiend” show up in this collection.

    Anybody watch 1900 House when it came on PBS? The husband actually had to shave himself with a straight-edge razor, like the guy in the upper-left.

    Yes, Rikkie, McCay’s Welsh Rarebit comics will appear as we get into the early 1900s.

    We have a Welsh rabbit. His name is Idris, he’s a sable and he comes from a farm near Llandrindod Wells. Honestly!

    Actually I know a couple of boot blacks. Also shoe shine locations at work. I have even seen an itinerant shoe shine person at work.
