You’d think there would be no misunderstanding between these two since they have almost identical I.Q.s.

Well, when the “Marmaduke” phase is over, I will be back. I don’t read that strip, either.

I like it. Way better than the usual Slim stories. More true to the original strip. Also a welcome change from the two drunks.

Agreed, almost identical I.Q.s, but looks to me like the dog has a higher score than Slim.

I too would have to agree with TrapperJohn, 110 and others. Depicting Slim as “unbelievably stupid” is not funny. Good-natured but a bit slow is one thing. Clovia would not have married and imbecile.
