Just read about a boy who came out with a line of manly scented candles, with aromas like “Fresh Mowed Grass” and “New Mitt”. It was through the Museum of Science and Industry FaceBook page.
Me, too. So nostalgic! I had a pair of burgundy wool pants with wide legs and cuffs (that I’d made), and I wore my grandmother’s tweed cape (until it fell apart). Never did wear a beret, though. Also, I was never as skinny as Emmy Lou, but then, who is?!

I didn’t notice till now, but the woman behind the counter looks like she could be related to Emmy Lou’s mom.
