I am curious; does the mouthpiece go over the moustache or tuck under it? If over, doesn’t air leak through it? I can see a french horn or even trumpet getting under, but not a trombone, much less a tuba doing it. This is not a variation on the beard under or over the blanket joke, I really am curious.

Better switch to regular chewing gum, Phil. Better yet, cinnamon gum (helps get the nicotine off your taste buds).

Ew. Time to shave it off. Then you’ll be stroking your lip so much that you’ll forget about the cigarettes. Maybe.

Better than the cigarettes

Blowing bubbles when you have a moustache is just asking for trouble. I imagine getting the gum out would be painful.

Maybe he should try the gum that doesn’t stick to your dentures. If he’s lucky, it won’t stick to his mustache either.

This source implies that Phil should try peanut butter:http://www.ehow.com/how-does_4603606_peanut-butter-remove-gum-hair.html

Ice works, too.

What’s the difference between a bad haircut and a good haircut? Two weeks. The same timing should apply to a shaved moustache and a regrown moustache.

Just freeze the gum (put ice on it) and it will come off .

Pathetic piece of crap. I put him in same category as Cliff, Cosmo and Gaylord. Ugly and repulsive.

It is an allusion to the Miracle on 34th St. scene where Kris Kringle did the same thing to his beard.
