When I was a kid I always wanted to do a 360 on a swing. I believe Mythbusters had an episode on that, talking about limits of physics or whatever. It was still fun to try though.
I guess this qualifies as a 180- but they come right back down after this moment in time, and swing the other way- so they haven’t beaten the 360 challenge either,

My mother always warned me not to swing that high or I’ll come down on my head.
