She wouldn’t like it around here. Day before yesterday and yesterday, I had to rescue two tiny baby lizards. One was in the downstairs hall bathroom lavatory, the other just inside the door after I’d gotten the paper. Finally I got up a “kit” consisting of a glass and a postcard circular. Why kill them? They eat bugs, f’gosh sakes!

    Arlo IS being gentle.

I frequently have violent screaming nightmares.

My spouse responds by beating on me screaming “SHADDUP! SHADDUP!”

    Anyhow, it awakens me.

All creatures great and small are precious…except stable flies, black flies and mosquitoes…..Poisonous snakes are kinda creepy too….

I would have liked to have had an iguana. I would have called him “Godzilla”. Have cats, instead.

Well, that’s settled. Now, does anyone have a cure for snoring? Last night it sounded like the feral hogs had invaded.

But lizards are cool…no reason to have a nightmare.

Spiders in general don’t bother me, but I don’t like the big ugly ones around here that spin their webs at night, under trees and such, that I run into (hey, it’s dark) when (for example) putting out the trash. And, about 8 years ago, Georgia was invaded by brown widow spiders. Identical to black widows, just brown instead. They are EVERYWHERE.

If the sight of a lizard makes her rip her pants off, Arlo should keep one handy!

I keep having a dream about a 7 foot tall female lizard. (Don’t ask).
