For the most part diets don’t work. Changing eating habits does, but one must go into it slowly and change over time, not change overnight. The body’s signals will go haywire and think you’re in starvation mode and slow down the metabolism. I changed how I cooked things and over time gradually reduced the amounts, also stepped up on physical activity like walking. A little bit at a time.
