One of my college roommates ran rats. I thought it was funny when he made a face at a rat and stuck his nose too close, and the rat nipped the end of his nose.
One of my sons did a science project using our two pet rats and a cardboard maze. They simply chewed their way straight through to the reward, demonstrating that rats are smarter than middle-school boys.

Did you ever think that the true purpose of all this mouse experimentation is their way to have us develop a breed that is invulnerable and immortal?

I like the giant “Mice-Maze Lab” sign. I used to want to work in the Mice-Maze department at the University.
