Quite a few of the anime have martial arts.Just watch Naruto, DBZ, Avatar The Last Airbender (if that can be considered anime), and so on.

Anime is great because there is something for everyone. Last week, I finished watching the Gakuen Alice and Golgo13 series. I just started watching the Deadman Wonderland and And Yet The Town Moves series. Great variety!
