Actually it would be a Cardinal’s website (or more properly part of the string that identified the ‘administrative autonomy, authority, or control ’ of His Eminence’s web site.) /pedantry
I’ve heard that in most states, the governor’s car gets license plate #1, the Lt. Gov #2. However, in Illinois, the Cardinal in Chicago gets #1, Gov #2 and Lt. Gov #3.True or false?
@hollie2009ad: you are mistaken. Followers of Jesus are indeed dangerous. The Inquisition and the Crusades are just two examples of a “certain ‘religion’ that wants to take over the world.” Contemporarily, those on the religious right are doing their best to turn the US into the Christian equivalent of the Iraq and Iran. Dangerous, indeed.
@Senex: you are technically correct. Religion has always been about power and the gaining of it to control others. However, those who claimed/claim to speak for Jesus truly believe they are doing what he would have wanted, regardless of what Jesus actually taught. Therein lies the problem.
