has everyone forgotten that you can still use he TV (or cable box) to change the channel? I used to be the remote control when I was a kid. Dad didn’t have to get out of the chair then either.

Why don’t they just TiVo one of there shows and watch it later? Also, do they only have one TV? What is this, the 50s?

I’m grateful to Comcast. They finally scrambled even the local TV channels I got on my limited basic cable subscription. This motivated me to try an antenna and the local broadcast digital channels. Turns out—I don’t need cable anymore!
