Eileen: Hey, Jason, that e-mail you sent me yesterday had a virus attached. I thought you might know what to do.
Jason: Why does she think I sent it?!
Marcus: Girls are a mystery.
yeah… it took me a couple mintues to realize how to read that last panel. it may have been more easily read if he said, “Why else would i have sent it?”
My 10yo asked me to explain this. I googled it and landed here. After reading comments here I understand that Jason’s point is that he sent the virus on purpose and that he thinks it should be obvious to her that he sent it on purpose.
My 10yo then pointed out that it would have made more sense if the boldface, italicized word in Jason’s sentence was “think” instead of “sent”. After a moment’s thought, I agreed. Emphasizing “sent” works, but emphasizing “think” would have made Jason’s point easier to understand.

Well, you’re the only one who likes to terrorized people by sending them viruses to screw up their computers, Jason.

I took it to mean that Jason was blaming the VIRUS for sending the E-mail.
