Stormtrooper accuracy isn’t surprising. Did anyone stay awake long enough during “Attack of the Clones” to notice how bad a shot Jengo Fett, the source of the clones/stormtroopers was?
Storm troopers hitting their target? Who dropped the ball in the training exercises? You aren’t actually supposed to HIT the target, trooper. Just scare the bejeebers out if it.
If they’re such bad shots, why did Obiwan comment on the precise blaster fire that stopped the sand crawler in the original Star Wars movie? He claimed it was proof that the Jawas were attacked by Imperial stormtroopers.
