Interestingly enough — well, to me, anyway — there are experiments underway involving using helium as part of spacecraft cabin atmosphere mixes in order to lessen the possibility of decompression sickness when astronauts engage in EVA in relatively low-pressure spacesuits.
One of the potential problems is that the helium changes the astronauts’ voices enough to make recognition of a speaker somewhat difficult.
The way he is smiling is it a mixture of helium and laughing gas? I would not put it past Brewster to do that. That way die while laughing while doing a funny sounding voice to make you laugh.I see however the hamster found help.

You would die very quickly trying to breathe nothing but helium.

For jest a moment, I thought that Sparky was making Brewster talk that way but I guess he went for help instead . . . ☻
