It was Prince William’s fault… He famously said that he was originally given a list of "777 names, not one person I knew or Catherine knew’. He went to the Queen for advice, and she told him to tear the list up and start with their friends, ‘then we’ll add those we need to in due course. It’s your day.’
Zonker might have made the first list because of his title, but not the second. Although the fact that he;s a fictional character might also have something to do with it…
