I was planning to eat an ostrich burger at Fuddruckers a few weeks ago as depicted on the menu, but it wasn’t really on the menu. Had salmon instead.

Who told you people were herbivores?

Most human beings, for most of human history, have been omnivores eating meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, berries, fish etc… etc… etc.. and occasionally each other.

On the upside, Garfield, you’ve also never been eaten by a Pelican.

I’ll bet you’ve never had shark either Garfield. It’s always best when you catch it yourself.

People are omnivores.they eat both plants and animals. What I want ask, though, is why people using animals for food is murder, but animals can eat each other and its “natural”? What would you have humans do? All starve? You know that plants are alive as well. How can we eat them? Wouldn’t that be unfair? It’s annoying to me. People don’t want animals used for food because they think they’re cute. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to go around killing animals, but it is all part of nature.

Garfield isn’t the only one who looks depressed.

Jon has a face as long as a fiddle.

What a wondrous bird is the pelican. His beak can hold more than his belly can.He can hold in his beak enough food for a week, and I wonder how in the hell he can.
