All I can think is that lament from “Meet the Robinsons”: “I have a big head and little arms.”
That’s exactly what ran thru my head!
Okay….Rex gets the paper…..now how does Rex do the butt?Just go outside and rub in the grass…..works for dogs.

Maybe he can call Todd the Dinosaur to get the toilet paper for him. Oh, wait, he can’t reach the phone either.
