Heh heh heh, I actually work at a place where the building is colder inside than outside - I have to take my parka OFF to walk to the bus stop!
I used to work at a warehouse and during the summer, you would go outside to cool off. That place was like an oven. I use to lean against the steel support beams just to cool off for a few moments.
I remember a Calvin and Hobbes strip that was like this, only Calvin really did go outside!
