I would compare Bush administration errors to a drunk driver that hit a school bus, and we’re still treating the kids who were injured- for multiple injuries.
When you track back the source of our current “injuries”, sorry, but way too many of them track back to that “driver”.
It isn’t “bashing”, it’s assignment of responsibility, not just “blame”- drunks always try to shirk responsibility for their actions, and their “families” often do the same, re-enforcing their negative behaviors. That’s kinda’ what happened AFTR 9/11, until he left office, and got out from behind the wheel.

Since Janet Napolitano is the Secretary of Homeland Security, she must bear the responsibility of implementing procedures that insure that intelligence is acted upon on a timely basis. Unfortunately, the recent would be ‘crotch bomber’ incident, not acting on available intelligence, has caused another knee-jerk reaction, with additional ‘filtering’ at airports of dubious effectiveness.

Well, if you were to consider what I found to be ramblings, a fair comparison, would it not be better, (or more accurate, which we know we all try to be ;) ) as saying, President Bush, while driving the school bus, was clueless, unaware there were those on that same road that intended to crash their vehicles into that school bus. Of course, your perception of President Bush’s incompetence, puts him at guilt and apparently exonerates the true criminals, since there were no words of admonition to the terrorists, only President Bush. I don’t find my thoughts on this as being disingenuous. (guess I don’t even get that ONE tomato now huh? ;) )
