Footsie, a dog owned by Helen DePinto of Ann Arbor, Mich., was fitted with a pair of artificial hind legs by specialists Stephen Hoover and Kenneth Woodward! The world's only amphibian houses are in Maasbommel, the Netherlands- they are built on solid ground but designed to float on water in case of a flood!
