    Seems much more effective than her old method of flushing an ice cube down the toilet.

    Man, when I was a kid and wanted it to snow I would leave my window open and watch the weather channel obsessively during commercial breaks. Literally staying up into the wee hours of the morning to see if the 3 day forecast might change or if the snow level was dropping….needless to say we don’t get snow here too often!
