You sound like me Baldo. Sometimes my breakfast kind of overlaps lunch. :-D

    Buenas Dias, Locos!

    Good morning all!

Looks like one last warm day here before another cold spell. Too bad I spend most of my Tuesdays indoors.

If I have a late breakfast, then I usually have a late lunch too. Gotta make sure I have all four meals in the day haha.

Hi SERENA. JFRI is out skunking a skunk, and the rest of us showed up at our usual unpredictable times (me at any rate).

Shika, I didn’t see him, I saw the casket. I saw Jackie in her pink suit and pink hat, I was really too young to understand until a few days later, and then years later, what an event I HAD seen. I remember Mom, Daddy and I were driving down to Bethesda, Maryland to spend the week with my Dad’s aunt, mother, my only cousin on that side, an only child like me, and my uncle by marriage. Daddy was driving and there was an Army car in front of us going really slow, so Daddy passed him on the highway, then just moments later, the Army car sped past us at top speed. I remember that Daddy was, well in “Road Rage” mode, LOL! Because he thought they were being “smartasses”. Then when we got to my Grandma’s we knew WHY they did that. After all these years, I still remember all that just like it was yesterday. I may forget things now and then, but I never have forgotten that time. Or the missile crisis the year before.

And remember, television in those days was NOTHING like it is now. You had 3 networks. period! So it was all the actual news.

Oh my, Dry! What a memory! History in the making. Still, a sad time for your nation. And when we Canadians watched it, we were just as horrified. Of course, I only remember it in black and white.

Shika it was only in black and white. Back then

Goodnight George. I feel a cold coming on, Zicam time and bedtime!
