I’m signing off from posting extra comics for awhile, since I have a heavy work schedule coming up. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone……… Well, everyone in the U.S……….. Even if you don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, see how many things you can think of to be thankful for.
Thanks, all. Bill Watterson set the precedent for taking comic strip sabbaticals, so I’m following in his footsteps. :>) By the way, Bill’s second sabbatical begins in March. (That is, the rerun of his second sabbatical.) So next year we will have reruns of the early days of Calvin and Hobbes from April through December. Then the following year we will be enjoying the final year of the strip.
You know, I loved Calvin and Hobbes when they first came out, really loved them, and the first site I view on the web each morning is this one, but I don’t remember some of them, and it is almost as if Mr. Watterson is writing new strips and posting them here. One thing for sure, that homework will never get done. His father worries about him, because he is no good in sports either. Calvin is always 6 years old more or less. It’s really amazing the life a six year old can have.
