An East African mountain gorilla would make short work of one acre of peanut plants and still have enough left over for several 10 gallon hat braids.

I can’t believe anyone would be ignorant enough to think that a ten gallon hat would hold that much water. One of the most stupid entries yet, should be on Ripley’s as such.

Does 75 lbs of plants end up as more than 10 gallons of ape poo?

Poor Gorilla needs that much food just to keep up his spousal duties to the females of his troop.

A ten gallon hat may not hold ten gallons, but it can sure as heck hold two quarts of barf!

One of the best sandwiches is a Fluffernutter. PB and marshmallow. When one of my daughters was in LA, I had to send her the marshmallow because no one out there had heard of this marvelous combo.
