So what did Schroeder pay to get Snoopy to spread the word?

And do you notice a blooper in the second panel where there is no ear on Charlie Brown’s side?

THAT was a short snowfall. (Reminds me of Steve Martin’s short story, “The Year Winter Lasted Nine Minutes.”)

I believe he/she was referring to the fact that this past week or so has been Linus building snowmen, but now all the snow is gone. That arc did end with the snowmen melting though…so perhaps it makes sense.

Well Ludwig van Beethoven’s birthdate was December 16th, so the time is right. That sunshine yesterday sure did brighten things up!

I hope Snoopy is getting paid to do that.

I love this story ark! I can’t remember if this was in the same month but I remember when the little blue birds were holding up signs with punctuation marks on them. Much to poor Snoopy’s confusion.

As a musician of many years, I have never heard any serious musician refer to Beethoven as “von Beethoven.” It may have something to do with the fact that, although Beethoven was born in Germany, his family name was Dutch. Or perhaps, von and van are simply interchangeable.
