I happen to like winter. No sweating or dying of thirst for months. Better than summer if you ask me. I only liked because of no school but I graduated. Now I can hardly stand it not to mention this summer was the worst one ever. My cat Louise died. T-T
When I started working for my current boss (I’ve been with him for 5 years now), we were having one of those getting-to-know-you conversations. He had a gorgeous picture on his wall, and I commented on it. It was a snowscape. He asked me if I skied. I answered, “No, I HATE snow and cold. If God wanted me to ski, I’d have been born with 10-foot-long feet!” That was when I found out that he was an avid skier! He teases me about that answer to this very day.
Trees and flowers are ok, but for me the only redeeming quality about summer are the fashion choices of the ladies. If I could hibernate from June 1st to September 1st, I would gladly do it.
