I always wondered how no one realised that Miz Fletcher was a clever serial killer—everywhere she went bodies started popping up, and who better to solve the “mystery” than the killer? They show Murder She Wrote in just about every country of the world, I’ve seen it on satellite dubbed into Italian, Arabic, Hungarian, you name it. If Ms Lansbury gets residuals for all that air time she must be a millionaire.

When my brother-in-law to-be was courting my sister, he asked his mother why my own mom was storing her laundry in the fridge. To his surprise, his mother said she does the same thing.

In the movie “7 Year Itch” Marilyn Monroe’s character kept her bra and undies in the freezer during hot weather.

Miss Opal Marple mixes murder, mayhem, and marmalade in the mystery Something Foul in the Fridge !

I think she reminds me of Miss Marple.

We just dried our clothes completely and sprinkled them as we ironed. I had forgotten that, now use steam iron. Sprinkling worked just as we’ll.

Did we wonder why blue cheese smells like old man socks? Now we know.

I remember my mom sprinkling clothes and rolling them up tightly and putting them in a plastic-lined basket for later ironing. I’m not sure how long she let things sit before ironing, but I do remember how much she loved the invention of steam irons and later of permanent press clothing.

If Earl had put them in the freezer he would have Frozen Assets..Oh….considering how much time he spends sitting in that chair…he already does!

If Earl wants to put his socks in the freezer, what’s the problem?

My 6-yr-old granddaughter was supposed to go put a pair of socks in her dresser drawer. I found them on top of the cabinet in the living room a few hours later.
