I once saw TGIF on the parking brake handle of a Cessna 172, it took me a bit to realize that it meant toes go in first.
To set the parking brakes you first had to apply the brakes by pushing the top of the rudder peddles with your toes before you pulled the parking brake handle which locked the pedals into that position. Pulling the handle without first applying the brakes accomplished nothing.
