The most dangerous fights with your wife are the ones that you win.

Let me amend that. The most dangerous fights with your wife are the ones that you THINK you have won!

Exercise can help you keep your weight down, but if you want to loose 30 pounds, you’ve got to eat less….1 piece of toast equals a twenty minute walk….

Ken, I’m single, but I’m pretty sure the most dangerous fight with your wife is any one you have with your wife..Especially the current one….

A few months before my 46th birthday, right at the start of the colder weather, I felt my metabolism slow down, and I’m not hungry for dinner any more. From September to now I lost 18 pounds (175 to 158) and a little more than an inch on my belt. I was wondering what would happen when my metabolism slowed, and if I would heed the warning signs. I also skipped dinner at the end of last winter, so maybe it’s a cold weather thing. I continue to exercise by going on long 16 mile walks on the weekend whenever I can, and the weight doesn’t seem to be affected by which days I do or don’t exercise.

She would weigh more if she didn’t walk every day. Walking keeps her weight from going up.

It also means no makeup, no smiles across the room and no free massages.

Do a Google search on the word “Attention Scale Addicts Part II” Look at the before and after pictures of this woman.

In both pictures, she weighs exactly the same. Yet I think everyone would agree that the woman on the right looks fabulous.

Ditch the diets. Ditch the scales. Ditch the processed foods. You may not lose weight but contrary to what the diet docs tell you, you will be healthy.
