Perfectly captured (“words” and actions). When our son was a toddler he walked into the room, pointed his finger in the air, and pontificated, much like Doug is here, for about 2 minutes. When he was done he looked around at us to make sure we’d heard him, turned around, and padded back to his toys. I really wish we knew what he was saying.
Boy. The gabby babies I’ve known mostly repeat one syllable. Doug has the vowel and consonant complexity down pat, but he insists on inventing his own language.
Reminds me of the dinner table press conference bit from Vaughan Meader’s “The First Family” album from ’63. Check it out if you can find it bootlegged somewhere. Meader had a great run as a comic impersonator — until November 22, 1963, when he lost his meal ticket.

I definitely agree with “Yak Fppbt!” I think that would be a great thing for a t-shirt. Or a bumper sticker. Chaotic Yak Fppbt.

I’d buy a panel 4 T-Shirt! Where do I order?(It’d make a good Poster or Coffee Mug too.)

I’d retype it for you, Sophie, but I’m scared of what autocorrect would do with it!
