Fast & Furious was bush’s program. Your party wanted Gitmo open (and “double the size”). You all managed to keep the stimulus too small and full of worthless tax cuts. You fought every jobs bill and demanded we keep tax cuts for the rich that weren’t paid for and resulted in zero jobs. Now the Dow is over 16000, unemployment is down, we’re producing more oil than ever before and using less.Sour grapes from sore losers. “Elections have consequences” the Drugster used to say. “Until you win one, sit down and shut up,” the Drugster used to say.
Obama has lowered the debt, helped the economy despite the “NO!” repbulicans best efforts, the stock market just keeps hitting ever more high marks, the ACA is NOT a “train wreck” it’s woreking great in sBlue states, Kentucky and Washing ton state are models of good working, less that 1% of the glitches in the website are still around! If the fox machine weren’t constntly telling bold-face lies about it, you would know that it is working!GOP voted against every Jobs bill and even Jobs for Veterans! The amount of welfare for the needy is 1/6 of the amount spent on “corporate welfare”, tax breaks, loopholes, subsidies, very low taxes, but does anyone talk about that??Most people don’t even realize that!for example; if the poor got 2 million in aid, the corporations get 12 million. ( I may be wrong figuring what multiples of %, since I’m dyslexic with numbers, I just know that the poor get 1/6 of what the corporations get.
He only had majority support for a few months, not 2 whole years. Francken and someone other were delayed getting approved by couple months, then Ted Kennedy died and that took away time too.
Well, it happened on his watch, and since he gets blamed for the smallest bad thing, he should get credit for all the good things. And of course it is in the interest of business to keep unemployment high. The first reason was to try to use it to get him out of office. Failed. The second, because it depresses wages and keeps workers docile so they stay quiet, as does keeping them afraid of losing their healthcare. That worked.
