tofu turkey? could be worse….it could be haggis, or goetta, or hawaiian pizza, or st louis style pizza, or chicago deep dish style pizza(so many people hate that), or chitlins, or deep fried twinkie, or deep fried white chocolate, or eggplant parmesan, or, artichoke hearts.
Big mistake, to please a person the rest would be unhappy. Why not cook something vegan for that particular guest (Tofu something plate). Then everybody would be happy.
My friends and I plan to have a gluten free dish for people who have celiac at our Christmas dinner. People with allergies should be taken into consideration
