Boy: Dad, I have a question. Man: Sure, sport. Shoot. Boy: What's a decatetrahedron? Man: It's a very big word that has no meaning whatsoever in daily life. Boy: Why do I even ask you. Man: Now that's a good question.
I wonder what dictionary Gary or Lance got that from. I have two here and I used the internet one and no such spelling.Deca=a combining form meaning ten.tetrahedron=a solid contained by four planed faces. Both from dictionary.com.Putting the two together, in my opinion, makes it sound impossible.

It would be a solid object with 14 sides. However, there are only five shapes that do it with equal sides (4, 6, 8, 12, 20) and 14 isn’t one of them.
