Replace “current job” with “unemployment”, and this is how most of my job interviews go. “You don’t sound very excited to work here?” “Oh, contraire! It has been my dream to work at Savage Chickens Inc. since I was 6 years old.”
This is great! I would love to watch an interviewer’s reaction to this sort of answer. Thankfully, I now have a job after a long stretch of being unemployed and I love my job!
