Some of us have a head of hair that just won’t quit……………… he always was a shady type……… it has something to do with how deep his roots are that makes him a late bloomerwho hates making a mess………… somebody has to stay up late and keep an eye on things till the snow blanket covers every thing up ………. that’s part of being a tree in the wind……

Several years ago, the city planted linden trees near the sidewalk on our block. The one in front of our house is the last to sprout leaves in the spring, and the first to shed them in the fall. When my wife asked about this, I said that it’s probably the runt of the litter.
