I sense anorexia or bulimia.

Aaand heart broke again truly as I know the pain. Still fighting the war.

“Excuse me. Do you have this in size anorexia?”

I am glad I didn’t have daughters so this was never an issue. (I’m aware that males can develop it too, but it is less common).
